Claims Process cont..
5. Once the claim is approved and the repairs are made, dealer must submit the following via mail or fax.
- Copy of the original customer purchase order
- Copy of the signed customer warranty registration form
- Copy of the Repair Order with itemized labor/ parts expense at internal cost
- cilajet claim form including a description of the repair
6. If the claim is approved and all steps are followed properly, the reimbursement will be processed within 30 days.
