Jaci Warren created Cilajet because she believed there was a need to make this superior aviation-grade paint sealant protection available to the new car customer. Prior to starting Cilajet, Jaci spent 20 years in the automotive industry as Finance Director, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Variable Operations Director. She is a graduate of the prestigious NADA Dealer Academy (1999), and Mercedes-Benz Quality by Design in Stuttgart, Germany. Jaci sat on Dealer Advisory Boards for Mercedes-Benz Finance, BMW Financial and AutoNation Financial Services, and was a member of the Volvo National Ad Committee.
Brady started his career in Engineering, and moved his talents into the automotive industry in 2004 in Career Development for the College of Automotive Management. He worked as a trainer and Income Development Manager for automotive dealerships across the U.S. As Executive VP of cilajet, Brady focuses on new market development, agent and dealer training.
Lisa’s professional career started in the Aerospace Industry, but quickly realizing her flair for life and passion for people she redirected her focus to specialize in Client Relations. She joined the Cilajet family with over 25 yrs. experience in Sales, Hospitality, HR and Customer Service. Lisa manages the Business Development team and provides hands on support to all Cilajet’s agents and dealers across the United States. Lisa spends her free time traveling, boating, playing in the mud and just having fun with her husband, 5 boys and 2 spoiled mutts!
Gary has been in the automotive wholesale and retail industry his entire career. Included in his automotive background are numerous corporate and regional office positions in sales, parts, and service with The Ford Motor Company in Michigan and Colorado, Audi of America in California, and over 20 years in various locations with BMW of North America (U.S. and Canada). Gary has also worked with the Ford Motor Company’s Carlite glass division. His retail background includes working at Chevrolet and Lincoln dealerships in various capacities, and being a former General Manager at two Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover Dealerships in the Midwest. Gary has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Michigan University.
Charlotte began her career in the automotive industry in 1984 when she started selling cars in Texas. Since that time, she has held several positions in dealerships including F&I Mgr. and Director of Hiring and Training where she developed training programs and processes for Automotive sales people and F&I departments. Charlotte also successfully ran her own real estate brokerage in GA and TX, and in 2010, Charlotte moved her talents back to the automotive industry where her passion lives. Since then she has worked in consulting with dealerships and agencies in F&I departments, Sales, Marketing, and Fixed Ops and has a good working knowledge of the automotive industry. Charlotte is a Regional Sales Manager for Cilajet and is a proud MoM (Mom of a Marine) to her 3 sons and daughter.
Jeannine started her career in the automotive industry in 1983 in the Fleet and Leasing division of a dealership. As the years when by this grew to many rolls within the dealerships including finance director, strategic and business development. Later she pursued her hobby which was painting/customizing cars and grew this into a successful joint venture with Ford. In 2010 moved back closer to her roots and provided consulting and training in many forms including e-contracting, sales and F&I training, insurance, ancillary and income development for dealerships and agents nationwide. Customer service and results driven. On her off time enjoys a great game of racquetball, water sports and digging her toes in the sand.
Rick began his career in hospitality management, learning the importance of superlative customer service, brand development, and attention to detail from several of the most acclaimed chefs and restauranteurs in the world. Rick aligned with Cilajet in 2011 to drive the branding, marketing, and sales initiatives throughout emerging global markets, and in the last 5 years has helped with the expansion of Cilajet Aviation Grade, Cilajet Aero, and Cilajet Marine into more than 10 international countries in 5 different continents.
Drew came to Cilajet after a long career in retail automotive, ranging from auto sales, team leader, finance manager and director, sales manager and general sales manager. He has many years of training and mentoring experience and shares that experience with our Cilajet partners. His focus is on maintaining a high level of communication with our clients both in the dealership and partner agencies to promote the Cilajet brand.
Jessica is a wonderful asset to the team with a long history in the hospitality industry. Growing up in the South Bay region of Southern California, she has also lived in Las Vegas NV, Upstate NY and Nashville TN. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys spending time at their secluded acreage on the outskirts of Lancaster. Jessica is married and has a boxer named Holley who enjoys spending time at Cilajet headquarters!
If you call into our corporate office, chances are that you will hear Nicole’s smiling voice! Nicole joins the cilajet team after 10 years of high volume customer service. Nicole spends her days helping to ensure that things run smoothly in the Business Development Department, providing elite client relations support to our agents and dealers, and also managing Cilajet’s amazing “Care Line” of products. Her duties include offering valuable corporate level support to cilajet clients and partners and collaborating with management to ensure that Cilajet’s superior customer service remains unsurpassed. Nicole and her fiancé are the lucky parents of Cilajet’s little three-legged dog, Buster.
Kay’s experience is diverse in business, automotive and not-for-profit sectors for over 25 years. She served as CEO of a regional chamber of commerce in the South Bay area of LA. A specialist in strategic planning and marketing, Kay contributed to increasing revenue and branding for hundreds of businesses and major charitable events. She cultivated new sponsorships with major auto makers and dealerships for the annual Palos Verdes Concours d’Elegance. An avid photographer, Kay’s photos and articles have been featured in numerous publications. Her life-long love of exotic and classic cars neatly dovetails with the mission of Cilajet to enthusiastically offer superior client relations to the automotive industry.
Carmen began her career in the automotive industry in 1985 when she was certified by I-Car, Mitchell Estimating Systems and ASI providing outstanding service for customers at automotive repair facilities in Southern California. She spent over 25 years in Customer Service with All Insurance Company on ancillary claims. She has proudly raised three beautiful grown children. In her spare time, Carmen is devoted to volunteering for several community organizations including L.A. Animal Rescue and a Veteran’s homeless program in Los Angeles. She also serves on the Steering Committee organizing the annual Puerto Rican Festival and Parade in Bell Gardens and Long Beach, California. Carmen brings her extensive automotive experience, compassion and enthusiasm to support valued Cilajet customers.
Sean has worked for a diverse range of organizations, including the electronic manufacturing industry, graphic design, and the culinary arts. His varied background has provided the perfect foundation for his Client Relations position at Cilajet. Sean is a literal “Jack Of All Trades” and enjoys putting his many different skills to use in each of our departments. Prior to starting his career at Cilajet, Sean spent over 5 years cooking for various Fine Dining restaurants. He brings energy and passion to each and every department at Cilajet HQ. Sean loves his work and it shows!!! He enjoys playing the drums and cooking in his spare time.
Jean has over 35 years in aviation and automotive detailing and maintenance. He works in-house on new product development, and travels extensively supporting Cilajet dealers in product application and training.
Jon brings over 20 years of aviation and automotive detailing and maintenance experience to the company. He conducts Cilajet product application demonstrations and detailer training, and specializes in correcting painted surface imperfections.
Albee joined the Cilajet team with over 10 years of experience. He began his detailing career out of love for all things automotive. Not only does Albee provide mobile applications, he conducts dealer demonstrations and detail training. Albee incorporates his knowledge with the latest industry developments through product and equipment testing, detailer support, and being active in several car enthusiast circles.
David comes to Cilajet with a background in graphic design. He has been with the company for several years and has worked in various positions. David has found his true passion in the automotive industry and currently works as a detail technician, which goes well with his love of cars and traveling. His co-workers call him “Smiley” because of his positive and enthusiastic personality and because he is always smiling.
